Every single interaction from our initial phone call through this morning (1 day post-op) has been absolutely stellar. The front office staff, especially Grace and Ruby, were incredible. Staff checked out our dental insurance easily and helped us through thar process seamlessly. We had two get their wisdom teeth out yesterday (18yo son and 16yo daughter) and it could not have been a more positive experience. Dr. Ibrahim and the nurses were kind, thoughtful, and yes, even happy to help us. As you can imagine my husband and I were kind of running around between their rooms and we felt like we and our kids were cared for. Everything was explained clearly and we knew our kids were in the best hands. Bar none, this is the single best interaction we have had with any doctor of any kind. Dr. Ibrahim has personally checked on us twice and my kids are healing beautifully. We also know unequivocally that if we need anything throughout their recovery, we have a doctor and support staff who will be there for us immediately. We praise God for changing our plans and sending us to Dr. Ibrahim. 100% recommend.

Everyone from the front desk to the dr were amazing friendly. The dr and the nurse gave us the run down and answered all the questions and explained all the things that will take place, made our experience 100% better.

The staff and Dr. Bailey were awesome! Their waiting room has comfortable seating! They had a couple of arcade machines and my grandson enjoyed playing on one of them while waiting for me to finish with my appointment! He wants to go back! Everyone I encountered was very kind and courteous!

Exceptional Care from Start to Finish! We had a wonderful experience with Panhandle Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery for my son’s wisdom teeth removal. From the initial consultation to the day of the procedure, the entire team was incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring. As a parent, it’s always nerve-wracking when your child undergoes surgery, but the doctors and staff took the time to answer all of our questions and thoroughly explained the aftercare process. The surgery went smoothly, and my son's recovery has been fantastic thanks to their excellent care and clear instructions. If you are looking for a highly skilled, compassionate oral surgery team, I cannot recommend them enough! Dr. Chris Ibrahim is amazing and great with my son.

Dr. Chris Ibrahim and his staff were absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond to ease all anxiety that my son had about the needles and the pain that he would be in after. Dr. Ibrahim and his staff have some of the best beside manner that I have encountered. They took the time to truly listen to my son and I, and answered all the questions we had with great detail. Having your wisdom teeth pulled is never enjoyable, but Panhandle Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery made it as easy as possible for my son. I would highly recommend Dr. Chris Ibrahim and the staff at Panhandle Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery for any of your oral surgery needs.
